Praxis Business School is proud to be part of the Brahmaputra Volleyball League (BVL) again by adopting the Chandrapur Under-16 Girls team from Kamrup Metro district. After adopting a club in 2021, Praxis took a step ahead to adopt a girl’s team and sponsor personalized jerseys for the team for BVL 2022.

Brahmaputra Volleyball League has turned out to be the largest community-based league, attempting to promote sports at the grassroot level in Assam for Under-16 age category boys and girls over the last few years.

With Praxis being committed to community-building initiatives, it was a privilege for us to be associated with a tournament like BVL that helps to create a sports ecosystem in rural areas of India.

Prof. Sayantani Roy Choudhury, and Mr Arnab Ghosh, represented Praxis at the inaugural event of BVL Season 3 on 16 October. The Centre in-charge/Coach of Chandrapur Under-16 Girls team is Mr Rupam and Mr Abhijit Bhattacharya, Former Captain of the Indian Volleyball team & Founder – Brahmaputra Volleyball League were also present for the occasion.
