SPARDHA, the highly anticipated annual Inter-College Management Fest at Praxis, is a student-driven celebration of talent, leadership, and innovation. Hosted with great enthusiasm, it brings together students from various institutions to compete, collaborate, and showcase their management acumen. Alongside SPARDHA, Praxis students also organize Rang Manch, an exclusive platform for first-year PGDM students to express their creativity through captivating performances. These events not only highlight students' talents but also offer invaluable experience in event management, teamwork, and leadership, fostering holistic development.

In compliance with the pandemic guidelines issued by the Government for educational institutions, Praxis Business School hosted SPARDHA 2021 on 13th February as a fully online event. Conducted and managed expertly by the students, with strong support from alumni, industry partners, and friends of Praxis, the virtual fest showcased exceptional coordination and adaptability. Despite the challenges, the event successfully brought together participants, preserving the spirit of competition, collaboration, and learning in a digital format.
