In Praxis Business School, the Finance Department’s activities involve planning, organizing, controlling and monitoring financial resources in order to achieve organizational objectives. This department is concerned with the cost of education, sources of income to meet the educational costs and the spending of the income in an objective manner to achieve the educational objectives.
The Main objectives are:
- Ensure the delegated budget is used for the purposes intended.
- Efficient recording and use of funds, including allocation processes.
- Ensuring all statutory compliances under various statutory regulations,
- Ensuring risk compliances on matters related to insurance,
- Utilization of an organization resource in an efficient and effective manner.
- Financial controls within the organization that ensure accuracy
- Handling all banking relationships of the company,
- Planning of short term cash resources and fund allocation
