The HR Conclave held at Praxis Business School was an initiative to create a platform for discussing HR practices, issues and challenges for sustenance in the Digital Era.
The world is going through what is popularly called ‘digital transformation’ – and this is revolutionizing the way we live – the way we communicate, consume, use time, and work. A lot of what we know today as work is being taken over by progressively intelligent machines.

This is likely to have a disruptive impact on the future of human work – not just routine manual blue collar work but also non-routine cognitive white collar work.
Eminent professionals from the HR fraternity were present at the HR Conclave to share their journeys, knowledge and guidance in this exciting domain.
The Keynote Speaker of the HR Conclave was Mr. Nihar Ranjan Ghosh, Nihar Ghosh President Human Resources, Emami Group.

There were two panel discussions which were moderated by Professor Charanpreet Singh, Founder Director, Praxis Business School Foundation and Professor Prithwis Mukerjee, Director, Praxis Business School.
