Dr. Agarwala has completed her M.B.A. from IIM Kozhikode (2007) and Ph.D. from IIM Calcutta (2019). She has entrepreneurial as well as corporate experience. As an academician she has engaged in multiple endeavors like teaching, researching, consulting and conducting workshops. She has been associated with various IIMs (Ranchi, Vizag and Nagpur) in a visiting capacity. Ridhi has published multiple papers and has presented at national and international conferences. Her core interest areas are consumer behavior, branding and semiotics.
