Dr. Ratna Sinha – Fellow in Organizational Behaviour –from XLRI, Jamshedpur, is a leadership Coach with over 3 decades of experience as a HR seasoned leader –having worked in MNCs, and other organizations. Developing and implementing Behavioural interventions, as well as initiatives on themes of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Culture and Employee Experience are areas of her interest and expertise.

• The last stint in corporates was with Tata’s for about 2 decades before she superannuated recently as VP – HRM, was looking after HR/IR /Admin and CSR. Prior corporate experience has been with MNCs and varied sectors such as Super Speciality Hospital, FMCG, Heavy Equipment, Manufacturing, Mining and Metals.

Currently – A Leadership and Life Coach, an OD specialist, Leadership, Soft skills Behavioural Facilitator, Behavioural Interventional Therapist and Facilitator, Into in Academics, POSH, Women Empowerment; and Community projects.
