MANUSCRIPT SPECIFICATIONS
• Word limit: 5,000 words (including abstract, tables, figures, and references)
• Abstract: 200–250 words, structured with Purpose, Design/Methodology, Findings,
and Originality
• Keywords: 5–7 keywords following the abstract
• File format: Microsoft Word (.docx); figures and tables embedded in the text
• Font: Times New Roman 12pt, double-spaced, 1-inch margins on all sides
• Page numbering: bottom-centre on all pages
CITATION AND REFERENCING STYLE
Digitalics follows the APA 7th Edition citation style for all manuscripts. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their references.
• In-text citations: Author (Year) or (Author, Year) format
• Reference list: alphabetically ordered at the end of the manuscript
• DOIs must be included for all journal articles where available
• For datasets, software, or AI tools used in the study — cite as per APA 7th Edition
guidance for non-traditional sources
REVIEW PROCESS & PUBLICATION TIMELINE
All manuscripts are subject to an initial editorial desk review for scope and quality, followed by a double-blind peer review by at least two independent referees. The editorial decision — acceptance, revision, or rejection — is communicated to authors after the review cycle.

• There are no submission or publication fees. Digitalics does not charge article
processing charges (APCs).
HOW TO SUBMIT
• Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. There are no fixed
deadlines — authors may submit at any time. Accepted papers are scheduled for the
next available issue (January or July).
