Kankana is an educationist with a focus on Human Resource Management. With an experience of 19 years in Management Education and Research, she has worked with reputed academic institutions like IIEST Shibpur, Indian Institute of Plantation Management Bangalore to name a few. She has written a book on “HR Analytics for Business Managers” and a few book chapters. She has published articles in various National and International Journals and presented papers in National and International Conferences. She has imparted training in Indian Oil, Allahabad Bank, FOSMI and SME sectors. NITTTR Kolkata invited her to train the faculty members of Govt. Institutions across India. She is a reviewer, member of the editorial board of management journals and the doctoral committee member of IIEST Shibpur.
