World Tourism Day 2023 #TravelDream Contest – T&C

The World Tourism Day #TravelDream contest is conducted by Praxis Business School. The contest shall start at 09:00 AM on 22 September 2023 and end at 09:00 AM on 25 September 2023.

• To participate in this challenge, you will be required to have a legitimate Facebook, Instagram profile and is 18 years of age or above and a citizen of India.
• To participate in the Contest, we suggest all participants to follow the official handles of Praxis Business School:

• All participants to share their answers in the comments section only. Mandatory hashtags to be used are #TravelDream #WorldTourismDayContest #PraxisBusinessSchool

• The word count for your responses should not exceed 50 words (excluding hashtags).
• Users cannot participate from multiple accounts.
• The 3N (three) winners of the contest will be chosen based on the lucky draw. Company has the sole discretion in deciding the winner.
• The winners would be informed by social media announcement post and/or DMs.
• The winners will be rewarded with Amazon Vouchers.
• The Prize(s) shall not be transferable/ redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained by Praxis Business School in this behalf.
• Entries submitted within the above duration only will be treated as valid entries. Any submission after 09:00 AM on 25 September 2023 will not be considered as valid entry.
• The contest winners will be selected from Facebook and Instagram.

• By accepting the Prize(s), the winner agrees to the use of his or her name, photograph, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes, including press releases, worldwide and across all media without restrictions or additional payment, unless prohibited by law or otherwise advised in writing by the Participant.
• Praxis Business School reserves the right to disqualify any Participant, which it does not deem complete in all respects or does not meet the criteria that Praxis may set.
• By entering the contest, the participant additionally attests that the submission is free of any content that would violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Participants give Praxis the right to share their details with the evaluation committee as well as with any other partner(s) whom Praxis deems necessary.
• In the event that any term and condition is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
• Participant consents to the contest to be governed by of the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi/New Delhi.
• Participation constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Contest.
• Gratification for the World Tourism Day #TravelDream Contest shall be handed out post the event, subject to prior notice by the contest applicants.
