Prof. Charanpreet Singh, Co-founder and Director Praxis Business School was among a group of HR/D&I practitioners who participated in the session, in a non-formal environment where the attendees brainstormed, shared and exchanged ideas and processes about the topic.
An integral part of the mission at JobsForHer is to engage and have conversations with thought leaders, Human Research and Diversity & Inclusion practitioners.
Given that mission, #JFH Mentors’ Club in collaboration with Intuit India, held an ideation/conceptualizing session over Breakfast titled: ‘Return to work fellowship’ on 31st January, 2019. The session was held at Intuit, Bangalore.

To develop this talented pool of professionals raring to restart their careers after an extended absence from the workforce, the Returnee Program is a valuable experience for highly skilled re-starters re-entering the workforce.
