Post Graduate Program in Business Management

Praxis Business School offers a two-year fully residential Post Graduate Program in Business Management.

PGPBM is a 2 year fully residential program aimed at combining the art and science of theoretical learning with the virtues of practical training. The program at Praxis is, on the one hand, rooted in the principles of academic rigor and discipline, and, on the other, designed to offer multiple touch-points with the industry.

In addition to leveraging XLRI expertise, Praxis interacts closely with industry professionals to understand their needs and to incorporate their inputs in our program design. Over and above Finance, Marketing, HR, Systems and Operations, Praxis offers specialization opportunities in areas of concentration like Retail Management, Treasury & Risk Management and Data Analytics. The courseware for these areas of concentration are co-developed and co-delivered with industry partners. Soft-skills training, with emphasis on oral and written communication, are an integral part of each program.

In addition to class-room training, the Praxis philosophy requires that there is intense industry interaction at various levels, in terms of live projects, site-visits, hands-on experience and visiting faculty lectures and workshops.
