A Rare Honor for a B-School – ICICI Bank has endowed the Dean’s Chair at Praxis
The efforts made at Praxis are being recognized by industry. ICICI Bank endowed the Dean’s chair at Praxis Business School earlier this year – a rare honor for any B-school in India. According to the terms of endowment, Praxis is to develop curriculum and case studies, create certification courses and undertake research in the area of ‘Banking and Financial Services Industry’.
This collaboration would offer direction to the industry to cope with its changing business needs. It would also address the need to create a local body of knowledge relevant to the Indian situation which is unique in many respects.
